Salary - Salaries are competitive for each location. Starting amounts are based on our evaluation of scholastic achievement or experience, leadership qualities, initiative and aptitude for public accounting. Performance and compensation are reviewed annually at your anniversary date of hire.
Paid Time Off (PTOs) - To provide more flexibility to employees, BBRSoffers PTOs, which cover vacation, sick leave, personal time and bereavement time. They accumulate monthly at rates tied to your years of employment with BBRS and may be taken after 90 days of employment.
Flexible Benefits Plan - BBRS's optional cafeteria plan allows employees to pay, from before-tax earnings, for portions of their health care expenses not covered by our health care plan (including dental and vision) and dependent care expenses as well as their share of the health, dental and vision insurance premiums.
BBRS: Simple IRA - Employees who are 21 years or older with 1 year of continuous employment with BBRS may contribute 1% to 50% of their pretax salaries to a Simple IRA plan. For employees who are 21 or older and employed 1 year with BBRS, the firm matches up to 3% annual contribution, based on a salary percentage.
Holidays - BBRS holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.
Health Care Insurance - BBRS pays the entire premium for employee coverage, but not dependent coverage. The employee-paid portion of premium is deducted from your paycheck.
Dental Insurance - Employees may voluntarily sign up for a dental plan and receive X-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, inlays, etc.
Vision Services Plan - Employees may voluntarily sign up for a vision plan and receive exams, glasses and contacts for a fraction of their cost. Premiums are payroll deducted.
